My name is Angela Anderson ICMG NCMG from New Zealand. I am a nationally and internationally certified Master Groomer as well as a judge, certifier and seminar speaker.
I am heavily involved with the National Dog Groomers Association of New Zealand, where we certify groomers throughout New Zealand with workshops and exams 6 times a year. We also hold grooming competitions and educational seminars and I manage the NDGANZ NZ Groomteam.
I really enjoy grooming, but I also enjoy the customer contact and the business side of grooming. It’s an area that some people find quite daunting, but it doesn’t need to be. I can help you by guiding you through the grooming process in terms of pricing, layout, customer retention, customer satisfaction and really understanding where your business is headed, and what you want to achieve out of it.
